• Files you upload for conversion (deleted immediately after conversion)
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and features used

• Provide and improve our file conversion service
• Maintain your conversion history (registered users only)
• Send important service related emails such as welcome and password reset emails
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

All uploaded files are processed securely and deleted from our servers immediately after conversion is complete. We do not store, share, or analyze the content of your files. Your privacy is our top priority.

We take data security seriously. Your account information is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use Supabase for secure database and authentication services.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. We do not use any advertising networks or tracking services.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Update your personal information at any time from your account settings
• Opt out of non-essential communications
